Nyugen E. Smith is a sculptor and creates environments from found materials. He gave a multi-media presentation at the May community meeting which focused on cultural hubs, Arts organizations, key players and importantly how neighborhood associations, individuals and business can actively support and foster the significant contribution to the quality of life that Arts provides us all.
